At Vukon, all products are made to order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect colour selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Sale items or gift cards

Please refer to the sizing guide on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at vukonmusic@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
