Order Processing
All Vukon products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
Shipping Delays
Vukon is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Vukon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at vukonmusic@gmail.com and we will review the shipment status.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, Vukon may be unable to modify or recover the shipment.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
